Shipping Policy

At Texas Snack Club, we are committed to providing you with a delightful shopping experience, and part of that commitment involves clear communication about our shipping procedures. Please review our Shipping Policy below:

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship out daily.

Economy Shipping: 

Our economy shipping option typically delivers your order within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Economy shipping is available and the cost is calculated during the checkout process. *Although Economy is 5-7 business days Alaska and Hawaii may see longer times than 5-7 business days due to location.

Standard Shipping: 

Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. This is usually by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Shipping or other carriers. Standard shipping is available and the cost is calculated during the checkout process. *Although our standard shipping  is 3-5 business days Alaska and Hawaii may see longer times than 3-5 business days due to location.

Express Shipping: For customers who prefer a faster delivery option, we offer express shipping. This will incur a bigger cost but can almost guarantee your shipping will arrive in 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. Once it leaves our facility we can't promise any delays on the carriers end. We can look into a claim if it has been more than 2 business days from the ship date to help. The cost of priority shipping is calculated during the checkout process and varies based on the destination and weight of the package.

Weekends and Holidays: Please note that our team observes weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders with priority shipping will always be processed first.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays and Exceptions: While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such situations, and we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays. Once it leaves the facility it is in the hands of the carrier and even though we provide shipping ETA's, they are based on the method of ordering but no guarantees or promises once it leaves our facility. If after 2 business days after the ETA time has passed reach out to us at texassnackclub@gmail.com so we are able to further investigate the delay with the carrier. Orders with incorrect addresses will not be reshipped due to error on ordering end. So PLEASE double check your address as the label will read based on the information provided into our system.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to get International shipping rates and delivery times established. Please join our email list and will be notified once international shipping becomes available. Thanks for your patience.
