Refund Policy

First of all we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for choosing Texas Snack Club for your snack and beverage needs. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your trust in our products.

 

While we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. To provide clarity and transparency, we have outlined our Refund Policy below to address any concerns you may have regarding craftsmanship, damaged goods, cancelled orders, refunds and how to start a return.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

At Texas Snack Club, as a reseller we don't provide any warranties, claims or guarantees on the products we sell. We buy authentic, genuine goods from various vendors such as Buc-ee's, H-E-B and others and provide an inspection to ensure freshness dates and carefully pack and ship them directly to you with care. All products will come in their original packaging and if you are unsatisfied with the craftsmanship from the original vendor please see below on how to start a return.

DAMAGED GOODS

At Texas Snack Club, we understand that receiving damaged goods can be disappointing. We do our part to carefully pack your items with care so that you can enjoy them when they arrive. We are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible for our valued customers. Please follow the steps below to handle damaged goods and initiate a return:

1. Contact Customer Support: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team within 3 business days of receiving your order. You can reach out to us via email at texassnackclub@gmail.com. If we don't hear from you after 3 business days claims may be denied. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the damage.

2. Provide Photos: To expedite the return process, please attach clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging in your email. This helps us assess the extent of the damage and ensures a prompt resolution. We will also use this information to reach out and file a claim with the carrier and will be denied if we don't have the correct information.

3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return authorization process. It's important to obtain approval before sending back damaged items. Contact us at texassnackclub@gmail.com to initiate the return and receive further instructions.

Our goal is to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a satisfactory solution. If you have any questions or concerns during the return process, our customer support team is here to assist you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Returns/Refunds

Items may be returned under the conditions listed below for a partial refund.​

  • Only new, unopened and sealed packages of snacks, drinks and merchandise can be returned.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or tampered packages cannot be accepted.

  • All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date.

  • Returns only available on purchases made within the United States

 

  1. We will issue you you a return shipping label for a market rate cost. If you would like to provide your own shipping to mail items back please inform us in the email. Please include the original packing slip to help identify your order easier and process the return. 

  2. Once the item returns to our facility for inspection, please allow up to 5 business days to process the return, inspect the items and initiate the return process. 

  3. Once we inspect and determine the condition is new and unused we will issue a partial refund. This will be the original cost, minus  the cost of market rate shipping (if we provided the shipping label); and minus a $2.00 restocking fee. 

  4. Once the return has processed allow 7-10 business days for the remaining amount to be returned to the original payment method and returned from your bank.

Cancellation Policy within First 24-48 Hours:

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes, you may need to cancel your order. If there is anything we can do on our end to help then let us know. Our cancellation policy within the first 24-48 hours is designed to accommodate your changing needs while ensuring a smooth process. Please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Window:

  • You may cancel your order before the items ships, in most cases is 24-48 hours as long as all items are in stock.

2. How to Cancel:

  • Please send us an email directly to texassnackclub@gmail.com and flag with urgent notification to help us identify it quicker. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.

  • Please check your email and ensure that the cancellation has been confirmed.

3. Full Refund:

  • Orders canceled within the first 24-48 hours will be eligible for a full refund as long as it hasn't shipped.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Orders that canceled within the noted timeframe can expect to see the refund processed to their bank within 7-10 business days. 

4. Exclusions:

  • Customized or personalized items that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Perishable goods that have already been dispatched for delivery may not be canceled.

6. Time-sensitive Orders:

  • If your order includes time-sensitive items, please contact us immediately to discuss the possibility of cancellation.

7. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed promptly, but please allow a reasonable amount of time for the funds to reflect in your account.

8. Changes to Orders:

  • If you wish to make changes to your order instead of canceling it, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in making adjustments whenever possible.
