At Texas Snack Club, as a reseller we don't provide any original warranties, claims or guarantees on the products we sell. We buy authentic, genuine goods, provide an inspection to ensure freshness dates and carefully pack and ship them directly to you with care. All products will come in their original packaging from the store we purchased them from.

At Texas Snack Club, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality snacks and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

      • The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

      • The request for a refund must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at texassnackclub@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

    • Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

    • If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

  3. Exceptions:

    • Certain products may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons or if they are perishable goods. These include but are not limited to:

      • Opened snacks.

      • Apparel that has been worn.

      • Products that have exceeded their expiration date.

    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on these items unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs associated with returning the product for a refund are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Damaged or Faulty Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item.

    • We will assess the damage and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders can be canceled and refunded in full if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.

    • Once the order has been shipped, the refund policy mentioned above applies.
